Like so many, my original goal with getting into fitness was to feel confident in myself. I had no idea where to start, what the ‘right’ exercises to do were, how often to do them and what was even possible for my body.
Since 2015 I’ve been experimenting with different training methods, getting qualified, going through a variety of training phases - from fat loss, to building to competing in a bikini competition and helping wom*n all around the world achieve their goals with the knowledge I’ve built.
