White Christmas Truffle Ball Recipe

YUM! These white Christmas truffle balls have just become our new festive obsession! Super simple to make, no baking required, and they taste AMAZING! Say less! 

Ingredients:

  • 190g white melting chocolate
  • 150g sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup rice bubbles
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (plus some extra to roll)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Method:

  • Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring between each
  • Once chocolate has melted fully, add the remaining ingredients and stir gently to combine
  •  Place in the fridge for 15-30 minutes or until firm enough to roll
  • Use a tablespoon to portion the mixture and roll into balls, then roll each ball in extra coconut
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy!
