Easter Rocky Road Recipe
Okay, so rocky road is already delish...but add Easter eggs to the mix? GENIUS! Here is our take on a classic with a little Easter twist. Enjoy besties!
Easter Rocky Road
Ingredients:
- 400g milk chocolate
- 180g marshmallows, sliced in half
- 180g unsalted peanuts (or nuts of choice)
- 3 cups assorted mini Easter eggs of choice
Method:
- Line a tin or container with baking paper.
- Add the chocolate to a microwave safe bowl, and heat on medium for intervals of 20 seconds until melted.
- Add the nuts, marshmallow pieces, and half of the easter eggs to the melted chocolate, and stir to combine. Save the rest of the eggs for decoration.
- Spoon the combined mixture into the lined container and spread evenly.
- While the chocolate is still soft, decorate the top with the remaining eggs.
- Set in the fridge for around 2-3 hours, or until fully set.
- Once set, chop into desired serving sizes and enjoy!
