Easter Rocky Road Recipe

Okay, so rocky road is already delish...but add Easter eggs to the mix? GENIUS! Here is our take on a classic with a little Easter twist. Enjoy besties! 

Easter Rocky Road


  • 400g milk chocolate 
  • 180g marshmallows, sliced in half 
  • 180g unsalted peanuts (or nuts of choice)
  • 3 cups assorted mini Easter eggs of choice 


  1. Line a tin or container with baking paper. 
  2. Add the chocolate to a microwave safe bowl, and heat on medium for intervals of 20 seconds until melted. 
  3. Add the nuts, marshmallow pieces, and half of the easter eggs to the melted chocolate, and stir to combine. Save the rest of the eggs for decoration. 
  4. Spoon the combined mixture into the lined container and spread evenly. 
  5. While the chocolate is still soft, decorate the top with the remaining eggs. 
  6. Set in the fridge for around 2-3 hours, or until fully set. 
  7. Once set, chop into desired serving sizes and enjoy!
