Halloween Ghost Protein Pops Recipe

All treat no trick - try these simple + delish ghost pops for your Halloween party or horror movie night!

Ingredients (makes 6 ghosts)

  • 1 ½ cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or Skyr, thick for shaping)

  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 100g white chocolate (melted)

  • Dark chocolate chips (for eyes + mouths)

  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Make yogurt base: Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, and honey until smooth.

  2. Shape ghosts: Spoon mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper into ghost-like blobs (don’t worry if uneven - adds to the spookiness hehe). Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for ~1 hour until firm.

  3. Coat: Dip each ghost in melted white chocolate to cover.

  4. Decorate: While still wet, press chocolate chips on as eyes and mouths.

  5. Set: Place back in freezer for 30 mins.
