Choc Coconut Easter Nests Recipe

This super simple and delish Easter treat is the perfect crowd-pleaser, and only contains 3 ingredients! Enjoy gf! 

Choc Coconut Easter Nests


  • 1 ½ cups shredded coconut
  • 120 grams milk chocolate
  • Cadbury mini eggs, or small Easter eggs of choice 


  1. Line a flat try with baking paper. 
  2. Heat a large frying pan over a medium heat. 
  3. Place the shredded coconut on the pan and stir until lightly toasted. Be careful as it can burn quickly! 
  4. Take the pan off the heat, and leave the coconut to cool. 
  5. Add the chocolate to a microwave safe bowl, and heat on medium for intervals of 20 seconds until melted. 
  6. Add the cooled coconut to the melted chocolate and stir to combine. 
  7. Using a spoon, scoop around 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture onto the lined tray and shape into a nest. 
  8. Top each nest with 2-3 small Easter eggs of choice. 
  9. Place the nests into the fridge for 3-4 hours or until set. Enjoy!
